Shipping and Handling- Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. We ship USPS but can make special arrangements. There is a $2.50 handling fee on all orders. Email or call us if you require a different shipping arrangement.

Delivery- Local delivery may be arranged. We regularly deliver to the Columbus area on Wednesdays for a fee of $12.00. We also offer personal or rush delivery. Our personal/rush delivery rate is .40 cents per mile in addition to the delivery fee.

Order Processing- Orders are processed as they are received. Depending on the items ordered, it may be 1 to 5 days before your order is complete. If an item is out of stock or delayed, you will be notified via email. Contact us if you need rush service.

Customer Service- We take our products and your satisfaction seriously. Please let us know your opinions. We are available for phone calls from 11:00AM until 7:00PM ET.

Returns and Cancellations- We want our customers to be satisfied! Orders that are not yet in progress may be canceled via telephone. Due to the nature of our products, we typically do not accept returned merchandise. Please contact us to discuss any reason for dissatisfaction.

Natural Products- Whenever possible we bring you completely natural products. In rare cases, a preservative may be needed to maintain a safe and effective product. Since our products are natural and many of them are made completely by hand, some separation or inconsistency may be experienced. This is to be expected and is not cause for concern. If you have any questions about our products, please contact us.

Payment- Payment is expected at the time of your order. We accept Check, Cash, and Credit Card via google checkout. There is a $30.00 fee on all returned checks and I will bad mouth your payment history with all of our friends and post it publicly in the newsletter. Don't bounce a check with us.

Privacy- Mikamy Meadows does not share or sell your personal information. Our website is securely maintained with SSL and multiple firewalls.
